Returns & Exchanges

Olga Muxart accepts changes and returns of purchases made in the online store within the first 14 days counted since the package reaches its destination.

Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer and the product must be in its original condition and packaging. When sending the package by courier, please make sure that you select a tracking option and send it to our workshop to the following address:

If you have bought or have received a gift card to spend on a piece of jewelery, pottery or a workshop, please note that we do not accept returns.

 

Use: We are not responsible for lost packagessentthat are sent back without tracking option, or for lost packages due to an error in the shipping address given by the buyer,or for any other troubles that are externalto the company.
